Designed by a Paris-based design firm, the device beams the interface of a remotely connected mobile device onto the user’s forearm or inner wrist, allowing them to perform tasks similar to those they would with the real thing. Users can check Facebook, send emails, and even answer phone calls by touching their forearm. It’s marketed as “a tablet…but on your skin.”

The microprojector projects the interface onto your arm. When you place your finger on the interface, you stop one of the 8 long-range proximity sensors. The sensors send the information back to the processor in your Cicret Bracelet. At the moment, the Circret Bracelet is still in development and they are working on raising more funds to build the first prototype. Pico Projector: When the user places his finger on the interface, he stops or blocks one of the 8 long-range proximity sensors. The sensor sends the information back to the processor in the Cicret Bracelet. The Cicret Bracelet uses wireless technologies such as Bluetooth low energy or WiFi to communicate with a smartphone or tablet.
Proximity Sensor: The proximity sensor converts the movement of a person or thing into an electrical form without physical contact.
Processor: The chip processes the information that the user enters into the smartphone interface.
LED: Used to detect user action and direct it to the proximity sensors.
